The Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and the historic Lucas Theatre for the Arts will present a special premiere screening of Gregg Allman: The Music of My Soul on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, featuring a special musical performance, a post-screening Q&A with members of the filmmaking team, a Pop-Up from the Allman Brothers Band Big House Museum and additional surprises. “Gregg Allman’s music and artistry helped define an era of American rock and roll while leaving an indelible mark on the cultural fabric of Georgia and the South,” said Christina Routhier, Senior Executive Director of SCAD Theaters and Festivals. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with the screening beginning at 7:30 p.m. VIP ticket holders will receive exclusive early access beginning at 6 p.m. to experience memorabilia exhibits on display direct from The Big House Museum in Macon throughout the theater prior to general admission entry.
